Why did you choose to visit Vatel Bordeaux?

We accepted the invitation of Vatel as guest speakers today because we would like to welcome students for internships in our establishment. Vatel students have a great asset: They possess knowledge of all hotel-restaurant departments and they carry out very enriching internships. Accor Group like to collaborate with hotel schools because their students are the future talents and managers of their hotels.

Which students or young graduates’ profiles are you seeking?

We are looking for students and young graduates capable of adapting rapidly to their new work environment and ready to progress within our group for a long period of time. Moreover, we are looking for new collaborators who adhere to our values and our desire to adopt new trends in the hotel sector … The students and young graduates we would like to recruit should be mobile and be ready to meet new challenges in a group that evolves continuously
