Hands-on professional experience
As part of the Vatel International Management Schools network, Vatel in Bordeaux bases its educational program on efficiently balanced theoretical courses accompanied by hands-on professional experience.
Students are encouraged daily to cope with real-time operational and strategic issues.
Through internships, you will learn operational management skills:
- Operational Management of Wine,
- Flavours & Wine,
- Wine & Spirits promotion,
- Service in restaurants.
Large choice of internships
Due to the long-term relationships we have nurtured for the past 25 years with our partners, we were able in 2012 to offer in average 3 different placements for internship to each of our students. It is then easier for students to choose and build their career path.
In 2012 we offered more than 750 internships to our 240 students.
