VATEL BORDEAUX - A PASSPORT TO EMPLOYMENT

INTERNSHIP
At each stage of their program, our students must complete internships lasting 4 to 6 months.
Our academic team provides personalized support ranging from help with finding an internship through to the administrative formalities to be completed with companies.
It also maintains close and continuing relationships with the partners that recruit our students.
BUSINESS DATING EVENTS
To promote the professional integration of our students and nurture our network of partners, the campus organizes several business dating events with companies in the sector on several occasions throughout the year.
These events are an opportunity for future managers and directors to discuss with practicing professionals.
They also allow companies to offer them internships or jobs in the different branches of hospitality and tourism.
THE VATELIEN NETWORK
The Vatéliens form a strong and dynamic global alumni network consisting of 30,000 professionals working in all business sectors.

Emeric Authier
“The organization of the gala, and the EURODHIP Conference in Bordeaux (the subject of my dissertation) persuaded me to focus on special event organization. Not everyone has the opportunity to stage a three-day event for 130 people in a school. These memories will stay with me forever. I’ve always had this desire to create and now to surprise my clients. It’s an integral part of me, just like Vatel is part of my personal history. Today, I’m proud to say that I studied at Vatel Bordeaux.”

Clémence Quémin
“My specialization course in Wines and Spirits was indispensable and really opened my eyes! It allowed me to meet many wine and wine tourism professionals, which awakened a real passion in me for this sector. And during my studies I started building my own network.”

Michael Adjoute
“My most important experience was in the “Yamato” gastronomic restaurant, which combines Japanese culinary art with top-quality services worthy of the best French restaurant. After a 6-month internship inspecting the 6 Intercontinental profit centers, I was assigned to draw up a management report including recommendations for development. I have now spent the last year working in one of these marvelous hotels in Osaka!”
