Grand opening for VATEL Bordeaux

We are delighted and really enthusiast to announce the grand opening of our new campus on last Monday, September 28, 2015.

After 20 years at “La Cité Mondiale du Vin”, we have just moved to our new campus located “4 cours du Médoc”, which is a unique feature in Bordeaux.

We now offer a high tech and up-to-date building for the good of our students : classrooms fully equipped with digital boards, dynamic screening at the entrance of each classroom, optic fiber to speed up our students’ brains, conference rooms on rental for companies.

In the next 2 months, we will open a 4 stars “European Eco-labelized” and “Tourism & Handicapped friendly” hotel, a themed restaurant “Flavours and Wines of the World”.

Our new team, Aurélien Bouygues (Chef), Gaëtan Gladieux (Head Sommelier), Jose ABADIE (Food and Beverage Director and Event Manager) and new comers (such as the Pastry chef) will have the pleasure to serve your fresh food highlighting the diversity of the culinary art of our planet.

Vanessa BARETS (Hospitality Director), Marina BLEZEAU (Sales Director) will be more than glad to accommodate you and organize your private events….

Now, we can say that VATEL Bordeaux 2015 vintage is definitely a great growth !
