We are UNICEF Party

“We are UNICEF” party organized by two Vatel Bordeaux students

On the 10th April this year, the « WE ARE UNICEF » evening was held at “LE DECK”, one of the best known clubs in Bordeaux.

With famous DJ’s like Davidian of Label Kitsuné, Alvy and Jules Dubreuil providing the musical entertainment, this evening gave Vatel Bordeaux students Marc Gebel de Gebhart and Robin Legay the opportunity to gather together a maximum number of people and also to support a worthy cause : the refugee children of Syria.

Both of them were pleasantly surprised by the interest and commitment shown by participants. This was the first student evening organised by the school for a charitable cause and added a different dimension compared to ordinary student evenings.

Although the party did not manage to raise a profit, it fulfilled its role as an awareness-raising event, showing young people that mutual aid and solidarity is important.
