Not everyone has the opportunity to stage a three-day event for 130 people in a school. These memories will stay with me forever. I’ve always had this desire to create and now to surprise my clients. It’s an integral part of me, just like Vatel is part of my personal history. Today, I’m proud to say that I studied at Vatel Bordeaux.”
