Yes, I am an employee of the SFH group, which consists of 5 hotels:

Located in Saint Jean de Luz on the Basque Coast, this 52-room hotel is presently undergoing renovation.

Please tell us about your position.
I am in charge of sales, marketing, and promotion.
This entails a number of duties, including participating in trade fairs and keeping abreast what the competition is doing. I also create special offers, define commercial strategy, and submit a budget.
Why did you decide to study at Vatel Bordeaux?
I felt that the training there was very complete, and the idea of sandwich courses appealed to me to gain practical experience.
In addition, Bordeaux is a beautiful city with a great lifestyle. Thanks to its cobblestone streets, lovely stone buildings, and Grand Théâtre, Bordeaux remains an extremely charming city. It is not surprising that Bordeaux has been a listed UNESCO World Heritage site since 2007. I made a wise decision going to live there for 2 years during my studies!
